"As we awaken, eating in a way that supports the evolution of our mind, body & spirit is something that begins to open up to us. 
Often, creating delicious + satisfying, plant based meals can be daunting. You may feel like you don’t have the time or the skill or maybe you’ve found yourself in a food rut and want to feel reinspired. During this workshop, Elizabeth will share tips and guidance that support you in creating simple and healthful meals. You don’t need to spend all day Sunday meal prepping and you don’t need to take more than 30 minutes to make dinner. It can be simple and nourishing. 
Attendees will leave with Elizabeth’s top tips for introducing and sustaining a well rounded plant centric diet.

And a tasting of some of Elizabeth’s favorite snacks + meals that take under 20 minutes to prepare.
