I created this immune boosting, liver loving + hormone balancing chilled coffee elixir for the summer months and I find it to be much more supportive than just drinking black coffee. The good fats work to slow down the absorption of the caffeine, while enhancing metabolic function + fat burning. The reishi serves as an adaptogen that calms the body, balancing any stimulation from the coffee. Coffee + cacao open the cells, while fat carries nutrients, ultimately creating the perfect vessel for bringing the medicinal properties of the reishi mushroom into the body cells.

12 oz. cold brew coffee
1/3 cup light canned coconut milk
1 tsp. reishi mushroom powder
1-2 tsp. raw cacao powder
2 tsp. MCT oil
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
