My favorite liquid base to use with the elixirs is a homemade walnut mylk. I often incorporate it into my elixir sipping rituals that I host. It’s so simple and you don’t even have to strain it.

Make a batch of this homemade nut mylk in just a few minutes and use with any of By Erika Elizabeth adaptogenic elixirs and single elixir herbs. My favorite is feminine flow with a touch of rose OR beauty + brains with shatavari.
1 cup organic walnuts
3-4 cups filtered water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of pink himalayan salt
3 pitted medjool dates (optional)
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth
Store in a mason jar for up to 5 days
