Extraterrestrial Detox Latte




2 tsp. detox + synergy

1/2 tsp. shatavari

2 tbsp. organic raw cashews

1 medjool date

1/4 banana

splash of vanilla

pinch of black pepper

pinch of pink himalayan salt

12 oz. water


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve cold OR transfer to a small pot a heat under edges begin to bubble.

My favorite way to use the elixirs is probably in baked goods…I love making clean, high vibe treats to enjoy for breaky and snacks. This banana bread recipe with detox + synergy is SO simple, easy to digest and filled with hormone balancing, mood enhancing + gut loving goodness. I’m loving a slice of this grain/gluten free, paleo friendly, banana bread with a drizzle of almond butter, crunchy salt flakes and a detox + synergy latte to wash it down. YUM! You can even make that detox + synergy latte dirty, with a shot of expresso ;)



3 large, ripe bananas (if using smaller bananas, you may need 4-5) - you want it to yield about 1.5 cups of mashed banana

6 organic, pasture-raised eggs - at room temperature

3 tbsp. pure maple syrup

3 tbsp. almond butter OR sunflower seed butter if avoiding nuts

2 tsp. vanilla extract

3/4 cup coconut flour

1.5 tsp. cinnamon

3/4 tsp. baking soda

1 heaping tbsp. detox + synergy elixir

1/8 tsp. salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees + line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper — allowing some to hang over the sides — lightly coat with coconut oil spray and set aside

In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Whisk in eggs, maple syrup, almond butter and vanilla. Gradually add in the coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, detox + synergy and salt. Whisk together and transfer to the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes. remove from oven and let bread cool for 20-30 minutes.

Creamy Vegan Cacao Avocado Mousse with Rose

Everybody loves a good chocolate avocado mousse. And this recipe is my favorite!

The addition of rose, in combination with the cacao + avocado, makes this recipe an antioxidant, alkalizing rich dessert that offers protection against oxidative stress, balance for the mood + emotions (hello best dessert for easing PMS), love for the digestive tract and moisture + nutrients for the skin. Not only that, but cacao + rose are major heart openers + aphrodisiacs…serve this to your lover and it’s sure to lead to bliss. ;)

3 medium sized ripe avocados

1 cup light canned coconut milk

2 heaping tbsp. extra coconut oil

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 heaping tbsp. by erika elizabeth rose

1/3-1/2 cup raw cacao powder

pinch of pink mineral salt

1/3 cup of pure maple syrup (more or less to taste) - option to cut sweetener with pure liquid stevia drops


Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for 2+ hours before serving. Top with more by erika elizabeth rose powder.
